SITE SUPERVISION

Once the project has been tendered and a contractor has been appointed there are a variety of ways to proceed:

  • Full site supervision including site inspections and cost/programme control (fixed weekly fee)

  • Reduced site supervision whereby client manages day to day contractual issues, supported by Architect as and when needed (on an hourly rate basis)
