FEE SCALE
All fees are on a fixed lump sum basis, and are based on the
anticipated number of hours to complete the project (as opposed to %
basis). The following are examples of typical fees for domestic
projects (please contact me for non-domestic/commercial projects):
- Small one storey extension to 2/3 bed house. Feasibility
and Planning = £590 (nil VAT)
- Small two storey extension to 2/3 bed house. Feasibility and
Planning = £690 (nil VAT)
- Large two storey extension to 3/4 bed house. Feasibility and
Planning = £790 (nil VAT)
- Add £100-£200 for listed building/conservation Areas.
